It processes natural, collagen, and synthetic casings with precision. Thanks to the flexible, adjustable casing brake, twisting is fast yet particularly gentle, minimizing casing ruptures.

The DHG rigid casing holder, specialized for natural casings, is mounted directly onto the twisting gear without its own drive. It is primarily designed for use with natural casings and can be easily adapted for collagen and synthetic casings in just a few steps.

The water calibration device improves length consistency and optimizes caliber variations in natural casing applications. It can be mounted on the rigid casing holder without tools and is finely adjustable during operation.

The RBF 125 burger portioner enables the precise shaping of round, oval, or square hamburgers with consistent portion weight and is ideal for small and medium-sized operations. The REX casing spooler is designed to apply all types of natural casings to the filling or tying tube. The electric drive starts up independently of the vacuum filler as soon as you swing the casing stoffer onto the tying tube.

The 2- to 8-lane filling flow divider is suitable for extruded and formed products in food and pet food production. Mechanically synchronized rotors ensure a constant product flow and maximum weight accuracy.

The universal conveyor belt is designed for the reliable transport of formed products and is highly versatile. The conveyor belt is mobile, features a continuously adjustable belt speed, and is height-adjustable.

The manual burger former MBF 80, when used in combination with the REX vacuum filler, allows for the easy forming of a wide variety of products. Various forming inserts ranging from 20 to 80 mm, as well as special molds, ensure maximum flexibility with optimal shape stability.

The MBF 150 manual burger former is the cost-effective solution for forming meat and veggie burgers in combination with the REX vacuum filler. It forms uniform portions with high stability. Various inserts ranging from 60 to 150 mm, as well as custom shapes, offer flexibility.

The SF 30 skewer former, when used in combination with the REX vacuum filler, is ideal for producing kebab and köfte skewers. It forms the mixture easily and evenly directly onto wooden or steel skewers of various diameters. The skewer length is freely adjustable and ensures consistent product quality.
