The RSS 70 cutting system separates the sausage chains. By using a three-bladed sickle knife, high cutting performance is achieved for sausage chains in natural, collagen, and synthetic casings. It reliably separates individual sausages or groups of 2 to 50 sausages. Cutting to length is also possible.
