The hamburger former uses a low-pressure process to produce perfect “home-made” burgers with optimal shape stability—ideal for meat and beef burgers as well as vegetarian and vegan burger products. The optional embossing roller optimizes the forming process.

The UFM 300-6 is the versatile solution for producing hamburgers and single-row dumplings. Thanks to its modular design, various products can be formed—from hamburgers to single-row meat, potato, or bread dumplings.

The UFM 300-7 is the flexible solution for cevapcici, croquettes, sticks, and other extruded, weight-accurate portioned products. With up to 8 lanes simultaneously and a diameter of up to 30 mm, the integrated filling flow divider ensures uniform portioning—optionally with or without spacing. Optionally, UV-C light sterilization enhances hygiene on the conveyor belt.
