The RWS 3000/6000 from REX-Technology is the most innovative solution for monitoring the weight of your filled products after portioning has taken place.
The REX-vacuum filler is connected via a serial interface with a weighing terminal. Here, random samples are taken at regular intervals from on-going production and weighed by the machine operator.
The weighed values are automatically transferred to the vacuum filler, which automatically compares them with the filling quantities on the touch screen control. This guarantees optimised weight checking of your filled products.
In addition the system provides the proof required by legal directives. The weighing system is an economical solution which, in conjunction with the RVF, can be used in a wide range of applications.
